Natural Paint Co is at an exciting stage of growth. Over the past six months, we've achieved record-breaking revenue, expanded our commercial partnerships, and further established ourselves as a leader in non-toxic, sustainable coatings. We completed a partial capital raise in 2024, and are now inviting further investment to accelerate our mission to transform the coatings industry for good.

Proven Growth: Our ecommerce strategy has delivered consistently strong growth in the last six months, up more than 25% vs the prior period. We've broken sales records in three of the last six months, our average order value has expanded by over 12% and our Black Friday sales were more than 50% up on previous records. We’re scaling rapidly in New Zealand and now have confidence expanding into the Australian market.
Strong Commercial Partnerships: We have improved our approach to commercial partnerships and secured more then 30% growth in this channel over the last six months. We've built a commercial pipeline of over $6 million in new business, working with leading architects, designers, and commercial clients on high-profile projects nationwide.
Clear Strategic Priorities: We’ve materially delivered our strategic priorities over the last six months - building to a new, scalable ecommerce platform (launching in July), and developing our colour fan decks (available in August). We're clearer than ever about how to secure profitable growth, and remain committed to delivering a strong return for all shareholders.
Experienced Team: With additional operations and leadership capability in place, we're focused on executing our growth plans with pace and excellence. We're well positioned to deliver on our goals.
Our Next Chapter
We plan to capitalise on opportunities to accelerate growth by scaling existing revenue channels into a new market, while doubling down on current strengths. This round will help us take advantage of the opportunities including our entry into Australia, the expansion of our certifications and continued expansion of our commercial sales capability. These initiatives are important unlocks for future growth.
Priority 1: Fast-track Entry into Australia
Australia has long been our next target market. Recent investments in our website and digital tools will help us scale efficiently, while upgraded internal sales capabilities—including colour fan decks—equip us to maximise commercial opportunities there.
Australia’s booming construction sector, growing demand for sustainable products, and strong support for green solutions make it an ideal market. With existing commercial and wholesale partners, we’re ready for multi-channel growth.
Priority 2: Expand Certifications & Product Innovation
Certifications are vital for proving our product claims. We currently hold Declare and BCorp certifications and plan to add EcoChoice, which is now a key standard in New Zealand’s green building sector. We will also conduct a lifecycle analysis to further validate our environmental credentials.
We will also invest further in new product development (NPD) to maintain our competitive edge and meet evolving market needs.
Priority 3: Strengthen Commercial Partnerships
The commercial channel continues to be a core priority for us. Our unique value proposition aligns with changing market needs, and our proven track record ensures we can meet rising demand.
