Shipping for rural addresses is a flat fee of $18.00. Please allow 1-2 additional days for rural delivery addresses.
Please note that if your address is rural and rural courier is not selected at checkout, this will delay your order while the team arrange an alternative address or payment for rural delivery.

Australia:
We are now shipping Australia wide. Even though paint is a heavy item to send across the ditch we have worked really hard to keep shipping as affordable as we can for our Australian customers.
Shipping time: 5-11 working days

Shipment to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to taxes and customs duties. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Orders will be shipped within 1 working day. If you order before 12 pm NZT we will aim to have it on-board the courier the same day. Please remember, drivers do not work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as possible. As you add items into your cart, it will automatically calculate your shipping costs for you. All items are sent by Track and Trace Courier. You will be sent an email advising you that your order has been received along with tracking emails along the way.

Cancellation and return of goods
We deal with return of product/s on a customer by customer basis. You will need to get in touch with our customer support team directly at [email protected] or (03) 343 2121 if you wish to return any product/s or discuss and issues with your product/s. Please do not return any product/s prior to discussing with our customer support team and filling out the necessary paperwork.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at [email protected] and ask for our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ Form. Please include the completed Returns & Exchanges’ Form with each item being returned.
If you cannot print the Returns & Exchanges Form, please attach a note to each item, including details of the customer name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and invoice number.
Please send all items being returned to the delivery address stated on the Returns & Exchanges’ Form. Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your credit, refund or exchange. We suggest that you return your item(s) using a tracked service.
The only conditions applying to returns and exchanges are as follows:
Within 14 days of delivery, goods may be eligible to be returned, provided:
We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged and are in an unusable condition, you will need to get in touch with our customer support team immediately at [email protected] or (03) 343 2121 who will guide you through arranging the replacement of goods.
Please note, you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage. This is required for us to liaise with the associated courier company. We also require you to not dispose or use any damaged goods as these need to be collected by the delivery courier company to be assessed for damage. Courier companies do not accept lost or damaged goods claims more than 14 days after pickup.
Replacement goods will be arranged and couriered to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Natural Paint Co reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges outside the 14-day return period.
We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time. Goods may not be returned to Natural Paint Co for the reason of late delivery by the freight or courier company.
Please note that Natural Paint Co is not liable for any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.
The Natural Paint Company, its employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for loss:
Arising in contract, tort, statute or otherwise; Which is caused by the products or services supplied or any defect in them; Negligence or omission; Other than to the invoice sum or $1,000.00 whichever is smaller
