Paint it Forward: Nominate a community space for a paint makeover - as part of our 10th birthday celebration

1. Promoter
The promoter is Natural Paint Co, Christchurch, New Zealand.

2. Campaign Overview
The "Paint it Forward" campaign invites nominations for a deserving community space (such as a school, kindergarten, community centre, or other not-for-profit organisation) to receive a free paint or oil makeover using Natural Paint Co products.

3. Eligibility

• Nominations are open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18.

• The nominated space must be a not-for-profit organisation or social enterprise located in New Zealand.

• Employees of Natural Paint Co and their immediate families are ineligible to nominate.

4. How to Enter

• To nominate, either:

  • Complete the nomination form on the Natural Paint Co website, or

  • Tag or mention the community organisation in the comments of official campaign posts on Natural Paint Co’s social media accounts.

• Individuals are allowed to nominate multiple community spaces. Each nomination must be for a different community space.

• No purchase of Natural Paint Co products is required to nominate.

• Nominations must be received by the close date, and late nominations will not be accepted.

• The winning community space and nominee will be contacted by social media, email, phone by August 9th 2025.

5. Campaign Period

• Nominations open: June 10, 2025.

• Nominations close: 23:59 on July 31, 2025.

• The winner will be announced in early August 2025.

6. Prize

• The winning community space will receive a free coating transformation using Natural Paint Co’s paints or oils, subject to the availability of preferred products.

• The prize may include:

  • Natural Paint Co coatings, include paint or oil products

  • Labour for the application of Natural Paint Co coatings.

• The winning community space may choose to apply the Natural Paint Co coatings using volunteer labour.

• The total prize value is NZ$5,000, including both coatings and labour.

7. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be selected by Natural Paint Co based on the impact and need demonstrated in the nomination, as determined by Natural Paint Co.

• The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• If the winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, Natural Paint Co reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

• By participating, nominators and the winning organisation agree to have their names, photos, and details of the project used for promotional purposes by Natural Paint Co, including on social media, the company website, and other media.

9. General

• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Natural Paint Co reserves the right to verify the eligibility of nominations and to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will not disadvantage existing entrants.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

• Any personal information provided in nominations will be managed in accordance with Natural Paint Co’s Privacy Policy.
